Forget Me Not Gift Products are processed by independently owned and operated, "for profit" contractors, doing  business as Forget Me Not Processing/Distribution Centers.

To maintain quality of materials and workmanship all Forget Me Not Processing/Distribution Centers are licensed by the Forget Me Not Foundation to process and distribute Forget Me Not Gift Products®. 

 All Sales for Legacy Products are created by the  marketing network of Retail Sponsors who are established by sales agents of the Forget Me Not Foundation. 

Orders for Forget Me Not Gift Products are "pre-paid" by credit card and routed to the applicable Processing Distribution Center who operates in an "exclusively protected" area defined by the telecommunication area code.

Once the product is processed and packaged, shipment is expedited by "overnight carriers" (Fedx/Ups).     All shipping costs are borne by the "buyer".
