State Director Qualifications
A qualified applicant must be a mature, (40 years of age and older) male or female with a history of satisfactory engagement in a successful business enterprise, while acting in the role of either owner, manager or in the supervision of employees.
A qualified applicant will require “life” experiences in various fields that required the management of the every day essentials of business and/or individuals.
A qualified applicant will have the demonstrable knowledge to effectively solicit, interview, train and manage Area Directors assigned to each telecommunication area code within the assigned State.

A qualified applicant will have expertise and experience in the planning of budgets and managing of expense/income within the assigned State.
o
A qualified applicant must qualify for Fiduciary Bonding.
o
A qualified applicant will require a “minimum” but adequate ability to engage in computer skills.
o
A qualified applicant must be willing to travel within the confines of their respective State.
